Mrs. Baltic: I was born and raised in Easton, Pennsylvania. I graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a BS degree in Art Education, grades K-12. I also took graduate classes at Kutztown University and Marywood College. I have my master's evquivalency degree. I am currently taking continuing education classes at the Corcoran College of Art and Design in Washington, DC. I have been teaching Visual Art for 31 years. I began at Shawnee Intermediate School in Easton, PA. Then,after moving to Maryland, I taught three years at West Frederick Middle School and for the last 17 years I have been at Walkersville Middle School teaching grades 6,7, and 8.
